Delivery of your order
If all your ordered items are in stock, your order will normally be despatched within 48 hours. Please allow 7 days for unavoidable delays.
Delivery is by 72 hour courier during normal business hours of 8am to 6pm, Monday to Friday. Therefore the delivery address you provide must be attended during those hours, as a signature of receipt is required. If the courier be unable to deliver your order a card will be left for you to make contact to rearrange delivery. If you do not make contact, the goods will be returned to us. Should this happen you can rearrange delivery of the ordered goods by contacting us on 0116 238 67 56 or enquiries@tinydeol.com and making an additional payment to cover the additional courier charges that are incurred. Alternatively if you do not contact us within 7 days of the goods being returned to us, we will cancel your order and refund your payment minus the courier charges that were incurred.
It is the customers duty to check that the package arrives in good condition. If you are unhappy with the condition of the packaging then please do not sign the delivery note. The courier will take the goods away and return them to us and we will ensure a prompt replacement is delivered to you. If the packaging is damaged and you sign for the goods received in good condition, then you are responsible and we are unable to provide any compensation.
