Delivery of your Bulk order

If all your ordered items are in stock, your order will normally be despatched within 48 hours. It will be delivered on the date you select if you choose pallet delivery. If you choose box delivery it will be delivered by 72 hour courier during normal business hours of 8am to 6pm, Monday to Friday.

When choosing between a delivery by pallet or box there are some important factors to consider. The price is one factor but there are some practical issues to consider too.

Pallets

All palletised deliveries are made by truck. Pallets of product will be returned if the driver cannot gain access to the premises on the requested delivery date or if no-one is present to sign and receive the goods. Pallet deliveries are delivered on the requested date only. If delivery is not possible on that date, the goods will be returned to us. Should this happen you can rearrange delivery of the ordered goods by contacting us on 0116 238 67 56 or enquiries@tinydeol.com and making an additional payment to cover the additional delivery charges that are incurred. Alternatively if you do not contact us within 7 days of the goods being returned to us, we will cancel your order and refund your payment minus the delivery charges that were incurred. So please read the following very carefully before choosing this method of delivery:

• All pallets are delivered by a lorry so the premises you want the goods delivered to need to have sufficient access. Does a dustcart have any access issues? If so, it is likely that the delivery truck will too
• All deliveries require a signature and we cannot specify a time for the delivery to be made so someone needs to be present or a mobile number needs to be made available for the driver to ring 15mins before his arrival
• Some vehicles will have a tail-lift but not all. If there is no forklift available the goods can be handballed off but this is physically demanding and not the responsibility of the driver

Boxes

All boxed deliveries are made by FedEx in a van. As with pallets the boxes need to be signed for as proof of receipt. The drivers’ arrival time cannot be specified but where a driver is unable to complete the delivery a card will be posted through the letterbox with clear instructions on what to do next. Typically your goods will be held at the local depot for a few days until you indicate when you can receive them. If you do not make contact, the goods will be returned to us. Should this happen you can rearrange delivery of the ordered goods by contacting us on 0116 238 67 56 or enquiries@tinydeol.com and making an additional payment to cover the additional courier charges that are incurred. Alternatively if you do not contact us within 7 days of the goods being returned to us, we will cancel your order and refund your payment minus the courier charges that were incurred.

The weight of individual boxes depends on the quantities ordered but the boxes are designed to carry a maximum of 36 jars and weigh less than 25kgs. Receiving a large number of these boxes is also physically demanding but there is no need or requirement for mechanical assistance.

  

It is the customers duty to check that the package arrives in good condition. If you are unhappy with the condition of the packaging then please do not sign the delivery note. The driver will take the goods away and return them to us and we will ensure a prompt replacement is delivered to you. If the packaging is damaged and you sign for the goods received in good condition, then you are responsible and we are unable to provide any compensation.
